Job Summary

Responsible for leading a team in cleaning aircraft interiors, lavatories, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment and cabin supplies to ensure on-time aircraft departures.

Job Duties

• Lead a team of agents in cabin cleaning duties
• Transport cleaning equipment and supplies to service aircraft
• Clean seats, floors, tray tables, galleys, and dispose of trash
• Clean aircraft lavatories and empty waste receptacles
• Restock magazines, food, beverages, liquor, and other supplies
• Perform aircraft security inspections
• Load supplies onto the cabin service truck and return to designated area
• Maintain organization of the cabin service supply room and ensure adequate supplies
• Monitor and enforce safe working conditions according to regulations and policies
• Promote and adhere to safety, anti-harassment, and equal employment opportunity policies
• Perform other duties as assigned within skill and experience levels

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to obtain necessary airport, state, or customs credentials
• Valid Driver’s License

Experience

• At least one year of relevant experience in aviation or ground handling services

Physical Requirements

• Constantly lift, move, push, pull up to 70 lbs; walk, stand, reach, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, and bend

Working Conditions

• Rotate shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including severe elements
