Qualifications

• Adhere to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations.
• Input orders at the POS and handle cash.
• Keep bar area clean and stock fruit/ingredients.
• Willingness to perform general cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely, courteous and friendly manner
• Use recipes and portion controls to mix, garnish, and present drinks
• Input orders into register and create checks for guests
• Handle cash, give change, verify charges and process vouchers
• Maintain bar setup and stock of garnishes, juices and perishables
• Adhere to liquor regulations regarding minors and intoxicated guests
• Perform general cleaning tasks to meet health standards
• Other duties as assigned
