Job summary

SSP America operates several restaurants at Spokane International Airport, including Fir & Pine, Riverside Cafe, and Peet's Coffee. We are seeking a bartender who greets guests, prepares drinks to recipes, handles orders and payments, maintains bar setup, and ensures compliance with liquor regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely, courteous, and friendly manner.
• Use recipes and practice portion control to mix, garnish, and present drinks.
• Input orders into register at the point of sale and create a check for each guest.
• Receive cash from guests, make change, verify charges, and ensure vouchers.
• Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar at all times.
• Maintain stock, cutting and storing of garnishes, juices and perishables daily.
• Adhere to liquor regulations regarding serving minors and intoxicated guests.
• Perform general cleaning tasks using standard products to meet health standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
