Responsibilities

• Answer questions and offer suggestions on food, beverages, and services.
• Input orders accurately into the POS system.
• Prepare dishes for service as needed and assist bartending duties.
• Observe guests and respond to requests promptly.
• Clear and reset tables and station after each course.
• Balance and reconcile open and closed checks; handle payments.
