Job summary

Chili’s Grill & Bar at Key West International Airport is seeking a Bartender to greet guests, mix drinks, and provide fast, friendly service. You will prepare cocktails per recipes, handle payments, and ensure a clean, well-stocked bar. This role operates at the airport location with opportunities to receive tips.

The compensation is $9.98 per hour plus tips, and the position includes health and other benefits as part of the team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Stands 100% of shift.
• Ability to operate POS system and handle payments.
• Ability to read menu and clearly verbalize guest needs.
• Ability to calmly respond to intoxicated guests and seek manager assistance.

Responsibilities

• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
• Prepare drinks according to company recipes.
• Serve beverages and food to guests at the bar and dining area.
• Process payments following company procedures for all transactions.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar and secure all monies at end of shift.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
