Qualifications

• Must possess a positive, helpful attitude and work well with other team members.
• Must be able to work unsupervised.
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
• Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, other personnel, and visitors.
• Be willing to follow directions and ask questions for clarification if needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake Schlotzsky’s signature Fresh Baked Daily bread and pizza crusts.
• Follow recipes and baking procedures to consistently produce high-quality products.
• Make sure bread and crusts meet Schlotzsky’s standards for appearance, texture, and quality.
• Properly operate, clean, and maintain baking equipment.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Keep the baking area clean, organized, and ready for production.
• Work as part of an energetic team in the El Paso International Airport environment.
