Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC in Hawaii is seeking staff to handle incoming and outgoing passenger baggage and address related concerns. No experience is required as paid training is provided. Full-time status starts at 30 hours per week with benefits and flight privileges after 30 days.

Responsibilities include lifting and sorting baggage, loading/unloading, and ensuring safety procedures. Strong reliability and ability to work rotating shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• Physical requirements: lift and carry up to 70 lbs+, push, pull, walk, stand, reach above shoulder, stoop, squat, kneel, and bend.
• Must be able to work in rotating shifts, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.
• Must be able to work outside weather conditions including severe elements.

Responsibilities

• Lifts, loads/unloads/sorts passengers’ baggage.
• Receives, loads, and unloads baggage.
• Forward bags to TSA.
• Operate safety scanner and related equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and policies.
• Report safety incidents and hazards promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned within skill and capabilities.
