Pay Rate: $13.80/hr.

Responsibilities

How will you make an impact?

Responsibilities include:

• Guide and direct incoming and outgoing aircraft on the taxiway to ensure safety and timeliness at gates.
• Load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, cargo/freight, and company materials, some weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Operate ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and bag carts to assist aircraft movement and baggage handling.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure safe and on-time departures.
• May involve cleaning the interior of aircraft, servicing lavatories, and assisting with passenger check-in and ticketing processes.
• Use reservation/ticketing software for rebooking, issuing boarding passes, and fee collection.
• Communicate flight and baggage information clearly to passengers.
• Handle passenger issues related to flight interruptions professionally and promptly.
• Assist in tracking baggage and responding to passenger inquiries in the Baggage Service Office.

Who are we looking for?

Requirements:

• Minimum age: 18
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
• Valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant state driver’s license or passport (some restrictions may apply)
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, overnights, weekends, holidays, and rotating days off
• Willingness to work additional hours on short notice when necessary
• Physical ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Willingness to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
• Enjoy working under deadlines and in a physically demanding outdoor environment
• Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking, understanding)
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
