Responsibilities

How will you make an impact?

Responsibilities include:

• Guide and direct incoming and outgoing aircraft on the taxiway to ensure safety and on-time departure and arrival.
• Load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, cargo, freight, and company materials, some weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Operate ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and bag carts to assist aircraft movement and baggage handling.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure safe and timely departures.
• Perform aircraft interior cleaning and lavatory servicing as needed.
• Create a positive passenger experience by greeting and assisting travelers during check-in and ticketing.
• Use reservation and ticketing software to rebook, issue boarding passes, and handle fees.
• Communicate trip and baggage information clearly to passengers.
• Coordinate with team to ensure accurate passenger data processing and flight scheduling.
• Address passenger issues related to flight interruptions in a friendly and timely manner.
• May work in the Baggage Service Office to track baggage and assist passengers.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Minimum age: 18
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
• Valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant driver’s license (some restrictions may apply)

• Ability to work rotating shifts including days, overnights, weekends, holidays, and days off
• Flexibility to work additional hours on short notice when needed
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Enjoy working under deadlines and in a physical outdoor environment
• Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking, understanding)

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
