Job summary

Envoy Air is seeking a dedicated janitorial associate to prepare aircraft interiors for departures, ensuring seats, pockets, floors, tables, bins, cockpit, galley and windows are meticulously cleaned.

You will stock essential supplies and assist with safety searches, using a checklist to guarantee high cleaning standards. Overnight and weekend shifts may be required to support flight operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand English.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the interior of the aircraft for departure by ensuring cleanliness of seats, seatback pockets, floor, tray tables, overhead bins, cockpit, galley and windows.
• Ensure supplies such as toilet paper, sanitary products, cups, napkins, condiments and magazines are stocked.
• Assist with security searches of the aircraft as required for safety and security.
• Complete tasks and cleaning using the provided checklist with attention to detail.
• Coordinate with Supervisors to report lost items and identify damaged items in the work area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the interior of the aircraft for departure by ensuring that all areas including the seats, seatback pockets, floor, tray tables, overhead bins, cockpit, galley, and windows are thoroughly clean
• Guarantee the appropriate supplies such as: toilet paper, sanitary products, cups, napkins, condiments, and magazines are accurately stocked
• Be a champion for safety and security by assisting with required security searches of the aircraft
• Ensure that all work tasks are completed and cleaning is highly detailed by using a specified check list
• Drive communication with Supervisors to ensure timely reporting of any lost items found on an aircraft and identifying any damaged items in the work area

• Must be able to carry, bend, lift, and turn with supplies weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work a schedule during overnight hours, including overnight hours on holidays and weekends
• Must enjoy working in a detail-oriented environment with deadlines
• Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
