Job Summary

Supervise daily operations at the airport kiosk or ticketing desk, focusing on customer service and inquiry resolution. Maximize revenue through ticketing, ancillary sales, and promotion, while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ticketing & Reservations:
    • Address travel requirements, handle reservations, ensure documentation compliance, and deliver personalized service.
  2. Ancillary Sales:
    • Promote upgrades, extra seats, baggage services to increase revenue.
  3. Commercial Products:
    • Promote and explain airline offerings and products.
  4. Airline Program:
    • Educate and enroll customers in airline benefits and promotions.
  5. Sales Administration:
    • Monitor sales, reconcile payments, collaborate with finance.
  6. Passenger Acceptance:
    • Manage bookings, special cases, and queue flow.
  7. Operational Disruptions:
    • Handle rebooking, hotel, and disruption support, including denied boarding processes.
  8. Airport Operations Support:
    • Assist with check-in, boarding, lounge, ramp, and support functions as directed.
