Overview

Lehigh Valley Airline Services provides airline ground handling services. Responsibilities include a broad range of aircraft services such as towing, marshalling, lavatory servicing, water servicing, de-icing, interior cleaning, security searches, and baggage handling.

Major Responsibilities

• Aircraft towing, marshalling, lavatory and water servicing, de-icing.
• Cleaning aircraft interiors, security searches, stocking supplies.
• Loading, offloading, and transporting luggage, including handling special care baggage.
• Operating and maintaining heavy equipment like baggage tugs, belt loaders, push-back tugs, deicing and commissary trucks.
• Ensuring ramp safety and cleanliness, including FOD removal.
• Performing general housekeeping and snow removal.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure on-time performance.
• Adhering to airline, TSA, FAA regulations, and safety policies.
• Communicating professionally via radio and managing telephone calls.
• Assisting customers with luggage and wheelchair requests.
• Working varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with flexibility for irregular operations.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.
