ABM (NYSE: ABM) is seeking an Airline Passenger Assistant, also known as a Wheelchair Agent, to provide wheelchair assistance and exceptional passenger service for airline travelers.

The role pays $16.00/hr plus tips, with potential weekly earnings boosted by outstanding service. ABM emphasizes safety, adherence to security procedures, and collaboration with dispatchers and gate agents across client sites.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety precautions while transporting passengers.
• Maintain positive interpersonal interaction with passengers.
• Comply with client and/or site security requirements and processes.
• Safely transport passengers in wheelchairs from retrieval point to destination.
• Assist passengers with baggage retrieval and transport if necessary.
• Coordinate assignments with dispatchers and gate Agents.
• Complete thorough Incident Reports.
