Union Depot ABM is seeking a reliable Airline Passenger Assistant, also known as the Wheelchair Agent, to fulfill airline passenger service obligations for passengers who require or request wheelchair assistance.

Wheelchair Agents who provide extraordinary customer service can earn more through tips. The role emphasizes strong customer service and collaboration with ground staff to ensure passenger comfort and timely assistance.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Willing to assist passengers with mobility needs.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist airline passengers who require wheelchair support.
• Provide customer service to passengers and visitors.
• Coordinate with ground staff to ensure timely assistance.

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Airline Passenger Assistant, also known as the Wheelchair Agent, to fulfill airline passenger service obligations for passengers who require or request wheelchair assistance.

Passenger services positions are very customer service-oriented and “tipping” is allowed and customary. Wheelchair Agents who provide extraordinary customer service are known to increase their earning potential between $25–$100 per week.
