Job summary

ERMC Aviation is seeking Wheelchair Dispatch Agents in New York City, responsible for managing the dispatch of employees and equipment for arriving and departing flights. Agents will engage with various airline systems and ensure efficient communication with all flight crew members.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year relevant dispatching experience.
• Able to communicate verbally and via radio equipment.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare flight paperwork for crew including flight plans and weather reports.
• Prioritize tasks to manage the turnaround of an aircraft.
