Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years of progressive work experience.
• Must meet state/local food handler certification requirements for the work location.
• Must be able to move stock using hand trucks, lifts or pallet movers.

Responsibilities

• Pack trolleys with airline equipment according to airline specifications.
• Pack trolley to exact diagrams for drawer configuration and consumables.
• Maintain organization of bond rooms.
• Ensure packed chinaware, glasses and serving equipment are defect free and clean.
• Ensure liquor packs meet airline specifications in quantity and configuration.
• Follow HACCP requirements and work safely to prevent accidents.
