Job summary

dnata Catering is seeking an Equipment Packer to efficiently pack airline equipment, prepare trolleys, and maintain bond room organization, while adhering to safety and HACCP standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment to support on-time flight operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, reliability, and ability to read packing diagrams; basic math skills; and physical stamina to lift up to 30 pounds. Training is provided to meet airline specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years years of progressive work experience.
• Must meet state/local food handler requirements; Texas requires a Food Handler Certificate within 60 days of hire.
• Must be able to lift/move stock up to 30 pounds and use hand trucks/pallet movers.

Responsibilities

• Pack trolleys with airline equipment according to airline specifications to meet schedule.
• Pack trolley to exact diagrams for drawer configuration and consumables quantity.
• Maintain organization of products in bond rooms.
• Ensure packed chinaware, glasses and serving equipment are defect free and clean.
• Ensure liquor packs meet airline specifications in quantity and configuration.
• Follow HACCP requirements for this area; work safely and follow safety procedures.
