Job summary

ERMC Aviation seeks dedicated staff to clean aircraft interiors, lavatories, and restock cabin supplies, ensuring on-time departures. Training is provided and no prior experience is required. Eligible employees gain flight privileges after 30 days and enjoy benefits including weekly pay, PTO, medical/dental/vision coverage, and a 401(k).

Uplifting team culture and safety are emphasized. The role involves physically demanding tasks, rotating shifts, and outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport, state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry cleaning equipment and supplies to service the aircraft.
• Clean seats, floors, tray tables, galleys and dispose of trash in designated dumpsters.
• Clean aircraft lavatories and empty waste receptacles.
• Restock magazines, food, beverages, liquor, and other supplies aboard the aircraft.
• Perform aircraft security inspection.
• Load supplies onto cabin service truck and return to designated area.
• Keep cabin services supply room organized and ensure adequate supply of items needed to service aircraft.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
