Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Aviation Management, or related field, with at least 2 years in translating airline needs into cabin design.
• Experience optimizing cabin layouts to maximize space and revenue while meeting airworthiness requirements.
• Experience in aircraft cabin architecture, systems, trim and finish.
• Experience presenting to airline executives and building long-term customer relationships.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements (FAA/EASA/DOT) into cabin layouts.
• Travel up to 60% domestically and internationally; telework up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Define arguments in sales campaigns to highlight payload advantages.
• Provide technical support and demonstrate cabin design adaptability to customer requirements.
• Design proposals for seating, galley, trolleys, lavatories, IFE, overhead bins and other cabin aspects.
• Build relationships with customer counterparts and present to senior management.
• Support regional Marketing and Sales on campaign strategy.
• Translate regulatory requirements into cabin layout designs as Airbus representative on ACAA Advisory Committee.
• Travel up to 60% domestically and internationally; telework up to 40%.
