Responsibilities

• Process referent and owner of Airfreight approval process, enforce compliance and proper information level.
• Evaluate tactical requests for airfreight and confirm necessity.
• Identify non-compliant airfreight occurrences and communicate costs and impacts.
• Analyze open PO’s with Planning personnel to reduce airfreight usage.
• Assess and maintain master data parameters for accurate cost estimates.
• Monthly review with Finance for correct cost allocation.
• Collaborate with Planning to define airfreight forecast.
• Translate forecast into transport handling units.
• Analyze deviations on forecast vs actual utilization.
• Lead and collaborate with International Transport Operations.
• Develop KPIs for airfreight analysis.
• Explore internal tools to simplify processes.
