Airframe, Propulsion, and General (APG) Technician - F-16 Contract Logistics Support (CLS) – Foreign Military Sales (IRAQ)

Join to apply for the Airframe, Propulsion, and General (APG) Technician - F-16 Contract Logistics Support (CLS) – Foreign Military Sales (IRAQ) role at V2X Inc.

Responsibilities
  • 25% - Train, advise, assist, and integrate IqAF maintenance personnel on APG systems including propulsion, hydraulics, and airframe components.
  • 25% - Perform and supervise scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to ensure aircraft safety and mission readiness.
  • 15% - Use and instruct IqAF in proper use of technical data, schematics, and maintenance documentation.
  • 10% - Conduct engine runs, operational checks, and troubleshoot systems on the flightline.
  • 10% - Document maintenance actions accurately per approved systems and procedures.
  • 10% - Recommend process improvements and support normalization of IqAF operations.
  • 5% - Support additional duties and team integration as directed by Site Leadership.
Additional Information

Material & Equipment: Flightline support equipment, hand tools, diagnostic systems, propulsion test tools, technical manuals, Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Environment: Flightline and maintenance hangar in deployed settings; exposure to extreme temperatures and aircraft operations.

Physical Activities: Lifting, bending, standing, working in confined spaces; exposure to noise, fumes, high-pressure systems.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
  • U.S. Citizenship; eligible for Secret clearance; capable of worldwide deployment, including the Middle East.
  • 8-10 years relevant experience in maintenance.
  • USAF 7-skill level in Airframe, Propulsion, or APG systems preferred.
