Job Overview

Position: Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Technician I, II, III
Location: Belgrade, MT

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs, overhauls, and inspections in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer recommendations, and company policies.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, inspections, and safety compliance.
• Ensure safety and regulatory adherence.
• Supervise and mentor junior technicians, manage projects, and communicate effectively with clients and leadership (level-dependent).

Qualifications

• Education: Tech I & II – Associate’s degree; Tech III – Master’s degree or equivalent with significant experience.
• Experience: Zero to 7+ years depending on level.
• License: Valid A&P license required for all levels.
• Skills: Ability to interpret technical documents and communicate effectively; project management skills for higher levels.
