Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking an Airfoil Cell Operator – Baffles for the 1st shift, onsite at our East Hartford, CT facility. You will inspect turbine airfoils using standard methods, accept or reject material based on findings, and transport parts and fixtures as needed.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience or a relevant post-secondary credential. High school diploma or GED is required, with company priority given to internal candidates under the bargaining agreement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of related experience or a post-secondary certificate in a related field with 0–1+ years of experience.
• Internal candidate priority per bargaining agreement considerations.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic dimensional and visual inspection of turbine airfoils and related equipment.
• Accept or reject material based on inspection findings.
• Transport parts, raw material and fixtures as required.
