Qualifications
- 7+ years of engineering and construction management experience.
- Experience with handling large civil works projects.
- Knowledge/experience in airfield runway improvements and/or pavement resurfacing.
- Preferred experience with US Army Corp of Engineering or other federal projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee construction management of civil construction projects.
- Review contractor’s Quality Assurance Plan.
- Perform three-phase inspections and surveillance of construction work.
- Review design and comment logging for Design-Build projects.
- Monitor submittals using a status log.
