Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Massachusetts Driver's License.
• Some knowledge of airport rules/operations.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment and radio.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.
• Ability and willingness to follow safety procedures.
• Strong customer service skills are recommended.

Responsibilities

• Parking and fueling aircraft; collecting aircraft fees; escorts on the airfield; maintaining buildings and grounds.
• Assist staff; may perform administrative clerical duties, customer service, answering the telephone, and interaction with the public, pilots, crew, and passengers.
