Job summary

Arora Engineers LLC seeks an experienced Airfield Electrical Designer to lead electrical design for airfields, lighting and NAVAIDs, and related facilities. You will collaborate with project teams to deliver design and construction services, and coordinate with stakeholders across multiple disciplines.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and safety-focused mindset, with travel to client sites and project locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• EIT/PE preferred.
• 5–12 years of technical experience with increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership as SME for airfield electrical design.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Maintain QA/QC standards and conduct quality reviews at milestones.
• Assist with business development, proposals, and client presentations.
• Build and manage relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new staff and travel to project sites.
