GAP SOLUTIONS INC is seeking a Cognitive Performance Specialist to deliver cognitive performance training, assessments, and educational interventions for aircrew. You will support the Human Performance program at Holloman AFB, collaborating with Site Leads and cross‑functional teams to tailor instruction to operational needs.

Responsibilities include planning HP program activities, conducting evidence‑based assessments, and contributing to curriculum development while maintaining required

Qualifications

• 2+ years providing cognitive performance services.
• Master's degree in psychology or related field.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Must obtain a favorable Tier 3 security adjudication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and validating HP program effectiveness at the site.
• Conduct cognitive assessments and interventions and refer when needed.
• Conduct research and compile findings to enhance curriculum and training content.
• Employ tools to improve learning, memory, focus, and performance under stress.
• Develop and deliver content for HP syllabi and courseware.
