Job summary

Top Aces is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our Return to Service team. You will perform aircraft maintenance, disassembly/reassembly, line and heavy maintenance, and inspections in accordance with documentation and safety standards.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience, an FAA A&P license or equivalent, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P license or equivalent experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 5+ years aircraft maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, reassemble, remove/install LRUs, conduct line maintenance and inspections.
• Ensure work complies with airworthiness standards, OEM instructions, and company policies.
• Inspect and certify replacement parts; tag and route removed parts to quarantine.
• Perform maintenance, repair, modification and daily inspections per maintenance control manual.
• Read blueprints and schematics; follow safe work practices and procedures.
• Carry out line and heavy maintenance and independent checks as approved.
