Job summary

AAA USA is actively hiring experienced Aircraft Mechanics to support major commercial aircraft manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, and delivery programs. We are seeking skilled aviation professionals with experience performing aircraft assembly, inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and system installation on aircraft.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years of aviation maintenance experience.
• Current A&P license or 18 months of maintenance experience on Airbus manufactured helicopters.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Background in aviation maintenance on like type aircraft and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections, assembly, installation, repair, replacement, adjustment, and alignment of parts and components.
• Conduct operational checks of complete systems to verify proper functioning of components and systems.
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose malfunction or failures on aircraft systems (e.g., equipment furnishings, fire protection, fuel system, hydraulics, landing gear, fuselage, engines).
• Interface with customer for delivery; prepare for delivery inspection and address customer concerns.

Essential Functions:

• Perform detailed inspections, assembly, installation, repair, replacement, adjustment, and alignment of parts and components.
• Conduct operational checks of complete systems to verify proper functioning of components and systems.
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose malfunction or failures on the following aircraft systems: aircraft equipment furnishings, fire protection, fuel system, hydraulics, landing gear, doors, fuselage, stabilizer, rotor systems, power plant and engine controls.
• Participate in flight tests on aircraft and log work to be performed, as required. Interface with customer for delivery; prepare for delivery inspection and any problems customer may discover.
