Job summary

AAA USA is seeking experienced Aircraft Mechanics to support major commercial aircraft programs. The role involves assembly, inspection, troubleshooting, and system installation on aircraft, with a path toward long-term aerospace programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years of aviation maintenance experience.
• A&P license or 18 months of maintenance experience on Airbus manufactured helicopters is required.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Background in aviation maintenance on like type aircraft and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections, assembly, installation, repair, replacement, adjustment, and alignment of parts and components.
• Conduct operational checks to verify proper functioning of components and systems.
• Troubleshoot to diagnose malfunctions on aircraft systems including hydraulics, fuel, landing gear, and powerplant.
• Interface with customer for delivery; prepare for delivery inspection and address any customer findings.

Essential Functions:

• Perform detailed inspections, assembly, installation, repair, replacement, adjustment, and alignment of parts and components.
• Conduct operational checks of complete systems to verify proper functioning of components and systems.
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose malfunction or failures on the following aircraft systems: aircraft equipment furnishings, fire protection, fuel system, hydraulics, landing gear, doors, fuselage, stabilizer, rotor systems, power plant and engine controls.
• Participate in flight tests on aircraft and log work to be performed, as required. Interface with customer for delivery; prepare for delivery inspection and any problems customer may discover.

Requirements:

• Minimum of six (6) years of aviation maintenance experience.
