Job summary

TalentoHC is looking for a Training Instructor based in Orlando, Florida to deliver trainings for Boeing and Airbus aircraft. This role involves developing training materials, evaluating trainee performance, and ensuring compliance with FAA standards.

The candidate must have an FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License and experience as a technical trainer. A strong knowledge of aircraft systems and prior airline or MRO experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required.
• Experience as an Aircraft Technical Trainer is essential.
• Strong understanding of Boeing and/or Airbus aircraft systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training for Boeing and Airbus aircraft.
• Develop and update training materials and manuals.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback.

Skills

FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License

Experience as Aircraft Technical Trainer

Strong knowledge of Boeing/Airbus systems

Gen Fam and technical training delivery

Background in aircraft maintenance/engineering

Familiarity with FAA regulations

Prior airline or MRO experience
