A leading aerospace manufacturer is seeking a Mission Systems Aircraft Survivability Engineer to support Army Aviation projects such as the V-280 Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft and the Bell 525. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring successful design and integration testing. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Engineering, experience with military platform avionics, and strong analytical skills. Qualifications

  • Experience in military platform avionics and mission system integration required.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Secret Clearance.
  • At least 2 years of experience in mission systems integrations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support all phases of development from initial proposal through production.
  • Create system architecture and performance specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Bell Engineers.
  • Analyze and resolve hardware/software integration issues.
  • Perform hardware and software integration testing.

Data flow models and system design documentation
Experience with Rotary Platforms
Engineering intuition and critical thinking
