Job summary

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Aircraft Support Mechanics to perform minor maintenance and repairs on commercial aircraft in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities include assisting with seat checks, interior component changes in bins and galleys, and installing/repairing carpeting and blankets in compliance with policies and procedures.

Candidates must hold an Airframe and Powerplant license, with Avionics experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Airframe and Powerplant license required.
• Avionics experience preferred.
• Must secure second license within 12 months of employment.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic disciplines as they apply to aircraft systems.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Must have the minimum tools as required.
• Willingness to perform other functions and duties as assigned.
• Willingness to work any shift and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on commercial aircraft, including seat checks and interior component changes in bins and galleys, and installing/repairing carpeting and blankets, in compliance with policies and procedures.
