Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follows approved repair/modification procedures and consults FAA data and OEM instructions.
• Positions and aligns subassemblies using jigs and measuring tools.
• Inspects work for rework needs and ensures tolerances are met.
• Performs serviceability tests with specified test equipment.
• Documents work and signs off for QA and airworthiness.
• Installs parts and brackets per blueprints and specs.
• Maintains safety and regulatory compliance during operations.
