Job summary

STS Aviation Group is seeking Aircraft Structures Technicians in Nashville, Tennessee, to perform structural repairs and ensure FAA compliance. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft structures repair, and proficiency in using various technical data and equipment.

The successful candidates will work indoors and outdoors, lifting up to 50 lbs and adhering to safety regulations such as OSHA. A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience preferred.
• Proven aircraft structures repair experience and ability to use technical data.
• Knowledge of machines, tools, production processes, and quality control methods.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural repairs and fabrication of parts.
• Follow approved procedures and consult FAA-approved data.
• Inspect completed work to ensure standards and tolerances are met.

Skills

Ability to fabricate parts and read work orders

Proficiency in usage of air-powered hand tools

Strong understanding of FAA maintenance procedures
