Job summary

Blue Hawaiian Helicopters is seeking a Structures Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, inspections, and modifications on sheet metal and composite aircraft components. You will oversee the corrosion control program and travel to multiple maintenance locations to support operations.

Responsibilities include inspecting structures per procedures and ADs, performing sheet metal work, interpreting manuals, and ensuring all paperwork complies with FARs and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2–5 years related aircraft repair experience.
• Experience repairing sheet metal and composite structures.
• Ability to read and interpret 337s, Service Bulletins, ADs, and related data.
• Familiarity with FAA regulations and maintenance procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; RAMCO experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and repairs of aircraft structures per manuals and ADs.
• Repair sheet metal and composites on airframe components.
• Interpret manuals, blueprints, and specifications.
• Perform aircraft modifications per SBs and STC information.
• Identify parts, tools, and supplies for non-routine discrepancies.
• Ensure maintenance documentation complies with FARs and company policies.
• Maintain workshop area and stock supplies.
• Perform periodic corrosion control inspections, cleaning and repairs.
• Travel to BHH bases as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
