Job summary

West Star Aviation is seeking a Structures Technician to perform repairs on aircraft parts and components in a hangar setting. You will follow drawings, inspect workmanship, and work across departments with minimal supervision, focusing on safety and accuracy.

The role requires basic sheet metal skills, blueprint reading, and a proactive team mindset. An A&P license is preferred, with benefits starting at onboarding and opportunities for growth within a dynamic MRO environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred; A&P license is a plus.
• Prior aircraft sheet metal repair experience recommended.
• Valid driver’s license and/or passport ideal but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic sheet metal operations on airframe components (drilling, riveting, cutting).
• Apply and remove sealant, sound deadening, and finish materials.
• Maintain, clean and repair shop facilities and tooling.
