  • Perform pressure/vacuum tests and conduct visual and auditory leak checks in aircraft sections.
Fabrication & Rework
  • Perform any required pickup, rework, fabrication, change incorporation, and functional testing during or after final assembly.
  • Assist in maintaining the continuous flow of product within the manufacturing process by training, coaching, and supporting other team members.
Inspection & Documentation

  • Proven experience with sealing (wing box panels, fuel cell sealing) should be clearly noted on the resume.
  • Experience in drilling, countersinking, and riveting aluminum/titanium materials.
  • Expertise in bucking and shooting rivets, Winslow & nutplate installation, and sheet metal assembly (Hi-Lok, rivet, fastener torque installation).
  • Ability to operate and maintain CNC and conventional fastening equipment (e.g., Multi-Task Gantry Riveters, Brotje’s, C-Frames, IPAC’s).
  • Ability to perform visual inspections and accurately measure dimensions using precision tools.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, specifications, and quality control.
