ACL Digital is seeking a Manufacturing Planner for a contract in Oklahoma City, OK. The role focuses on leading structural build and installation planning for aerospace modifications, translating drawings into producible processes, and developing SOPs and work instructions.

Ideal candidates provide advanced hands-on planning for aircraft structural modifications, with strong communication and the ability to influence multi-disciplinary teams to meet cost, schedule, and quality objectives.

Formación

• Experience with structural build plans, installation plans, and work instructions.
• Ability to translate drawings and design intent into producible processes.
• Familiarity with production process documentation and SOPs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead creation, revision, and approval of structural build plans, installation plans, sequences, and work instructions.
• Translate engineering drawings and modification packages into manufacturable processes.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, training packages, and assembly checklists.
• Evaluate methods for forming, machining, heat treatment, fastening, and composite work.
• Perform producibility reviews and drive design-for-manufacturing recommendations.
• Lead EBOM/MBOM reconciliation and ensure configuration integrity.
• Author and validate installation work instructions, tooling specs, and process controls.
• Mentor and guide junior planners and technicians; lead cross-functional teams.
• Analyze production metrics and NCRs to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain data in PLM and MES systems with revision control.
• Coordinate with supply chain and shop floor for readiness; participate in Manufacturing Readiness Assessments.
• Resolve high-impact technical problems affecting performance, cost, or schedule.
• Support program-level plans and deliverables; provide status reports.
