Responsibilities

  • Assemble major structures such as fuselage panels and bulkheads and subassemblies like rudders and stabilizers.
  • Align parts on jigs using templates and fixtures.
  • Perform minor part-fitting operations including filing, sawing, burring, crimping, trimming, riveting, drilling, and reaming.
  • Measure parts with micrometers and calipers to verify dimensions.
  • Modify assemblies to incorporate design changes; monitor quality per procedures.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
