Job summary

Air Methods is seeking a skilled Aircraft Mechanic to perform maintenance, inspection, and alteration of company aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and internal procedures.

The role requires 2–5 years of experience, a valid FAA A&P license preferred, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and on-call rotations. Located in Englewood, Colorado, the shop emphasizes safety and quality.”

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of related aircraft maintenance experience required.
• Factory airframe/power plant schools preferred.
• FAR 145 operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs inspections and repairs according to maintenance procedures, ADs, SBs and FAA regulations.
• Verifies part numbers and serial numbers match documentation after installation or removal.
• Ensures maintenance documentation complies with FAA regulations and company procedures.
• Participates in SMS continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives.
• Maintains a clean, professional work area and supports 145 shop operations.
