Job summary

GP Strategies Government Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Aircraft Structures Instructor to support a large aerospace client. This full-time role covers heavy structures, drill and fill, fastener install and removal, bonding, sealing, and reading engineering drawings.

Hands-on aircraft maintenance on the C-130 is required; F-35 experience is a plus. The instructor will conduct classroom lectures and on-the-job training, mentor students in labs, and may travel 10-15% to nearby locations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on aircraft maintenance and/or production work on military aircraft like C-130.
• Experience training on aircraft structural components in classroom or lab settings.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting aircraft engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training across structures topics including Heavy Structures and Fastener install/removal.
• Lead lectures and hands-on labs; mentor students in skill-based environments.
• Travel up to 10–15% to surrounding locations as needed.
