Job summary

You will rivet members, read work orders, and assist teammates while maintaining safety and 5S practices. This full-time role requires a High School diploma, 4 years in structural assembly, and familiarity with Solumina or Smarteam; shift is First, travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4 years related structural assembly experience.
• Experience with Solumina and Smarteam preferred.
• Q-stamp preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform assembly and fitting of detail parts and structures; rivet and drill operations per specifications.
• Read work orders, blueprints, lofts, sketches and operation sheets to determine sequence and hole patterns.
• Instruct and assist teammates in interpreting drawings and orders; develop methods to resolve assembly problems.
• Maintain logs and records; ensure neat, safe work area and compliance with safety regulations.
