Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Physical ability to work in small spaces, climb, and lift heavy loads is required.
• Basic shop math and blueprint comprehension are essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely assemble, fit, drill, rivet, and fabricate aircraft parts and structures using various tools and techniques.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and sketches to determine assembly sequences and specifications.
• Ensure all work is defect‑free, maintain logs and records, and perform rework as needed to meet conformity standards.
• Support safety, housekeeping, and Lean initiatives, and assist in maintaining shop equipment.
• Coordinate work activities across shifts, supporting team communication and workflow.
• Handle materials and waste responsibly, and support quality and safety regulations.
• Work in confined spaces, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in various environments as required.
• Demonstrate proficiency in basic math, blueprint reading, and basic computer skills.
• Maintain a professional attitude with attention to detail and safety practices.
