Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Aeronautical Engineering from an accredited university.
• 5–10 years of prior relevant experience in structural analysis to 14 CFR §§ 23, 25, 27, and 29.
• Proficient in analysis tools and CAD/PLM software; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve structural analysis reports for airworthiness compliance.
• Coordinate with Design Engineers to ensure structural requirements are met.
• Develop and implement processes and standards for structural analysis.
• Review designs and drawings and recommend design improvements.
• Lead the design effort from concept through completion.
• Maintain quality and performance metrics; manage labor forecasts.
• Provide substantiations for complex structures and filing documentation.
