You will manage an AIR release by coordinating Powertrain SW and Vehicle Management SW, partnering with ITG, Flight Test, and Certification to keep milestones aligned and risks visible.

You will own dashboards, escalate domain dependencies, and present clear, decision-ready status to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field relevant to aerospace or software.
• 7+ years of project or program management in safety-critical domains.
• Experience managing cross-team schedules with interdependencies.
• Knowledge of embedded software development, release cycles, interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Own aircraft-level software integration schedule across Powertrain and Vehicle Management domains.
• Maintain integrated view across milestones and ensure domain subschedules align.
• Decompose release scope into tasks with owners and due dates; use Jira as truth.
• Track maturity, rework, and closure velocity to assess release readiness.
• Coordinate cross-domain testing logistics, including HIL and bench labs.
• Prepare integration status for software governance reviews and exec forums.
