Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. (AU) in Melbourne, FL is seeking a skilled sheet-metal fabrication technician for an on-site role. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of four years of sheet‑metal fabrication experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD clearance within a reasonable amount of time; clearance not required at start.
• Ability to follow written, electronic and verbal instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Read and understand blueprints.

Location: Melbourne, Florida (on site).

Shift: 1st shift, Monday – Thursday, 6:00am – 4:30pm (4‑10 schedule).

Compensation and Benefits

Primary level salary range: $52,700.00 – $87,900.00.

Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses. Certain positions may qualify for long‑term incentives.
