Bombardier is seeking an Aircraft Reliability and Maintenance Cost Analyst in Wichita to monitor and analyze maintenance costs for in-service aircraft. You will use data from ERP and CAMP, applying statistical methods to forecast reliability and identify cost issues.

The role requires 3 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and advanced Excel/database/programming abilities. Collaboration with Engineering to implement improvements is expected.

Formación

• 3 years of experience with aircraft material and labor maintenance cost.
• Hands-on experience maintaining and/or managing an aircraft is an asset.
• A university degree with a focus on Reliability Engineering or equivalent is an asset.
• Strong computer skills and advanced knowledge of Excel and databases and programming.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor the reliability and direct maintenance cost of the Bombardier in-service aircraft fleet using data from ERP and CAMP.
• Perform in-depth analysis on aircraft, systems and components to identify reliability and cost issues.
• Apply Weibull and other statistical techniques to forecast reliability of systems.
• Identify recommended corrective actions in collaboration with Engineering and assess potential impact.
• Support reliability and maintenance cost improvement initiatives and report progress to management.
