Job Description
  • Adhere to General Work Requirements in coordination with Quality leadership.
  • Research and document maintenance program requirements, including Inspection Program, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, etc.
  • Conduct necessary on-aircraft inspections to establish accurate configurations.
  • Organize research results into reports for customer delivery.
  • Support Quality Inspectors by performing duties and returning aircraft to service as directed.
  • Ensure all work packages and records are accurately documented, including regulatory paperwork (FAA, FAR/CAA, etc.).
  • Perform walk-around inspections and return-to-service procedures to ensure airworthiness.
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members.
  • Provide data to customers as needed.
Qualifications
  • Hold an A&P Certificate.
  • Have 5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience (corporate or commercial jets).
  • Minimum 1 year experience on Bombardier aircraft.
  • At least 1 year experience as a Quality Inspector.
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proficient with measuring tools, test equipment, and regulatory documents.
  • Knowledge of computer software (Excel, Word, Access, SAP, etc.).
