Job summary

Headquarters, Air Force Reserve Command in Florida seeks an Air Reserve Technician (ART) to coordinate and perform maintenance on aircraft propulsion systems. Qualifications

• Experience coordinating inspections and maintenance of propulsion systems.
• Strong knowledge of propulsion system troubleshooting and repair.
• Familiarity with safety policies and use of test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of journey-level technicians for inspections, repairs, and teardown of propulsion systems.
• Provide training to reservist personnel on propulsion maintenance and tasks as required.
• Disassemble, repair, overhaul, inspect, and reassemble propulsion systems and components.
• Lead engine run operations and coordinate with external agencies for run clearance and safety.
• Document propulsion system maintenance in MIS and training plans for personnel.
